01. Scipy Tutorial-简要介绍
Scipy是Python世界里比较知名的算法、运算相关的模块包，多数功能基于Numpy扩展而成。在ubuntu系统上，Scipy安装后的目录/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/scipy。
